Intellectual Property Ownership

Under applicable U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws, THINKSim™, including all scenarios, simulations, videos, written materials, concepts, training modules, graphics, narration, frameworks, and related content, is the exclusive intellectual property of Dr. S. Otis Pratt.

Without Dr. S. Otis Pratt's prior written consent, no part of this work may be copied, reproduced, downloaded, distributed, shared, recorded, altered, republished, uploaded, transmitted, saved, sold, sublicensed, reverse-engineered, or replicated in any manner.

It is strictly prohibited to use THINKSim™ materials for any purpose, including reproduction, redistribution, classroom duplication, commercial exploitation, AI training, or adaptation. Failure to comply may result in legal action, financial penalties, and enforcement under applicable intellectual property laws.

Authorized Use

THINKSim™ is intended only for approved educational, professional training, leadership development, and organizational learning purposes. Ownership rights are not transferred to individuals, institutions, organizations, or third parties; access is provided only through a restricted subscription license.

Terms of Subscription

• Each 21-day access term costs $10.99 USD for an individual subscription.
• Unless renewed, access automatically ends at the end of each 21 days.
• Special agreements can be made for group, institutional, corporate, government, and academic licensing.

Additional Legal Protections

By using or accessing THINKSim™, users accept the following terms:

1. Without explicit permission, users may not record, take screenshots, extract, or share training materials or scenarios.
2. THINKSim™ scenarios do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice; they are intended for educational and leadership development purposes.
3. Sharing login information or subscription access without authorization is prohibited.
4. Copying, mimicking, training AI systems on, or commercially reproducing THINKSim™'s content, structure, scoring system, or scenario design is prohibited.
5. If these conditions are violated, Dr. S. Otis Pratt retains the right to terminate access.
6. THINKSim™ reserves the right to make unannounced changes to platform policies, license terms, content, and subscription prices.
7. The laws of the United States and any applicable jurisdictional regulations shall govern any disputes arising from the use of THINKSim™.
